📝 How to Use & Important Information

1. Ticket Delivery Information

• Delivery Timing: Tickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking 3 days prior to check-in.

• Eligible Guests: Tickets are provided only for the number of guests registered at the time of booking. (Once per stay, regardless of length of stay)

2. Usage & Reservation Changes

• Validity Period: Admission is valid for one entry between the check-in date and check-out date.

• No Date Changes: Tickets cannot be changed to a date outside of the reserved stay period.

• Advance Reservation Required: Discounted rates are available only when booking through the dedicated link on the official website. Additional purchases are not available after the reservation has been completed.

3. Important Notes

• Re-entry Policy: Guests wishing to re-enter the park after admission must receive a Hotel Guest Re-entry Stamp before leaving the park.

• Operating Calendar: Park closure dates may fall within your stay period. Please check the Operating Calendar before your visit.
