Guests who made hotel reservation through LEGOLAND® Hotel can use this service according to the terms and conditions below.

A.Cancellation requests made within 72 hours to check-in time will incur 100% fee and are non-refundable.

B.Room cancellation/modification is not allowed within 72 hours to check-in time.

C.Reservation and cancellation policies, including deposit and refund amounts may differ with some packages or promotions.

[Cancellation Policy]
✔️ Cancellation requests made within 72 hours to check-in time will incur 100% fee and are non-refundable.
✔️ Reservation and cancellation policies, including deposit and refund amounts may differ with some packages or promotions.

[No Show Policy]
✔️ If you do not claim your check-in on the expected arrival date without modification/cancellation, 100% cost of the stay will be charged.

✔️ Cancellation or refund may not be possible depending on the promotion. In this case, the terms and conditions of the promotion apply.

[Reservation Modification]
✔️ All charges must be prepaid to confirm your reservation.
✔️ Confirmed reservations cannot be changed and a new reservation must be made. In case of cancellation, please apply in this way.
✔️ Room rates change depending on the time the reservation is confirmed, and even if a confirmed reservation is changed, the rate notified at the time of change will be applied.

[Force Majeure Clause]
✔️ In case of events or conditions beyond the control of LEGOLAND® Hotel.
✔️ LEGOLAND® Hotel shall not be held liable or responsible for failure to execute arrangements specified herein. Such events or conditions include, but are not limited to, war, change of statutes of the Republic of Korea, strikes, riots and ‘Acts of God’.
