Park Admission Ticket Refund Regulations
The regulations on the refund of online tickets (Annual Pass and 1-day tickets) sold through official website are as follows.

- Payment cancellation requests can only be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Cancellation requests can be made from call center(+82-33-815-2300, AM 10:00 ~ PM 6:00).
- For all payment cancellations (credit card/debit card/transfer/mobile, etc.), the cancellation period takes about 7 business days.
- There is a difference of 1-2 business days depending on the credit card company, but please check with the credit card company directly for the exact cancellation date.

Hotel Refund Regulations

The regulations for a refund of room products sold through our official website are as follows.

-You can only request cancellation of your reservation before 16:00 3 days before your arrival date.
-If you click 'Cancel Reservation' in the email reservation agreement, your room reservation will be canceled.
-Cancellation of all payments (such as credit card/check card/transfer/mobile) will take up to 30 business days.
-There is a difference of 1 to 2 days for each credit card company, but please contact the credit card company directly for the exact cancellation date.
