Video Surveillance (CCTV) Operation and Management Policy
LEGOLAND® Korea Resort (hereinafter referred to as "LLKR") provides this Video Surveillance (CCTV) Operation and Management Policy to explain the purposes for which video information processed by LLKR is used and how such information is managed, as set out below.
Article 1. Legal Basis and Purposes for Installing Video Surveillance Devices
LLKR installs and operates video surveillance devices for the following purposes in accordance with Article 25(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
- Facility safety and fire prevention
- Crime prevention to ensure guest safety

LLKR has designated the following personnel responsible for the protection of personal video information to manage and safeguard your video information and handle complaints relating to personal video information.

Article 5. Procedures and Location for Accessing Personal Video Information
* Access Procedure: You may access your personal video information by contacting LLKR's personnel authorized to access video information in advance and visiting the designated location.
* Access Location: Department authorized to provide access to CCTV footage (CCTV Management Department)
Article 6. Handling Requests by Data Subjects to Access Personal Video Information
You may request access to, confirmation of the existence of, or deletion of your personal video information from the video surveillance system operator at any time. However, such requests are limited to personal video information in which you are recorded or personal video information that is clearly necessary to protect the urgent interests of a data subject's life, physical safety, or property. LLKR will take the necessary measures without undue delay upon receiving a request for access to, confirmation of the existence of, or deletion of personal video information.
Article 7. Measures to Ensure the Security of Video Information
Video information processed by LLKR is securely managed through measures such as encryption. In addition, LLKR implements differentiated access permissions for personal information as a measure to protect personal video information. To prevent the unauthorized alteration or falsification of personal video information, LLKR records and manages information including the date and time of recording, the purpose of access, the identity of the person accessing the information, and the date and time of access. LLKR also uses locking devices to ensure the secure physical storage of personal video information.
Article 8. Amendments to This Policy
This Video Surveillance (CCTV) Operation and Management Policy was established in 2023. If any provisions are added, deleted, or amended due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, LLKR will announce the reasons for and details of such changes on the LEGOLAND® Korea Resort website at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
