How to Use & Important Information

1. How to Receive Your Tickets

Ticket Delivery: Tickets will be sent to the email address provided at the time of booking 3 days before check-in.
Eligible Guests: Tickets are provided only for guests registered at the time of booking. (Once per stay, regardless of the number of nights)

2. Ticket Use & Changes

Validity Period: Tickets can be used for one admission between the check-in date and check-out date.
Date Changes: Tickets cannot be changed to dates outside the booked stay period.
Advance Booking Required: The discounted rate is available only when booking through the dedicated link on the official website. Additional tickets cannot be purchased after the booking is completed.

3. Important Information

Re-entry: If you wish to re-enter the Park after using your ticket, you must receive a Hotel Guest Re-entry Stamp before exiting.
Upgrade: Park Tickets can be upgraded to an Annual Pass by paying the price difference.
Park Operating Dates: The Park may be closed on certain dates during your stay. Please be sure to check the Operating Calendar for your visit date before arrival.
