Fastrack Terms & Conditions

1. Prices are charged on a per-person basis.​

2. Please be advised that ride access may be suspended or terminated without prior notice due to technical issues, operational reasons, or other circumstances beyond the company’s control.​

3. Fastrack is valid only for designated attractions within the park and is subject to change without prior notice depending on circumstances.​

4. Guests may request a refund for Fastrack tickets due to personal reasons by submitting a cancellation request through the company’s official website no later than one (1) day prior to the reserved visit date.​
   Example: If the Fastrack is purchased on June 10, 2026 and the reserved visit date is July 2, 2026, cancellation and refund requests must be submitted by 11:59 PM on July 1, 2026.​

5. In the case of same-day Fastrack purchases, same-day refunds are exceptionally permitted only if the guest has not entered the park. Refunds are not available after park entry.​

6. For Fastrack tickets purchased and refunded on the same day, refunds are permitted only when the park has not been entered. Once park entry has occurred, refunds are not available.​

7. If a Fastrack ticket is purchased as a pre-issued ticket through a third-party seller, exchanges or refunds through LEGOLAND® Korea Resort are not permitted. Refunds must be requested directly from the original seller, and will be processed in accordance with applicable laws, including the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce and the Consumer Protection Act.​

8. Children aged two (2) years or under may accompany a Fastrack-holding guardian without purchasing a Fastrack ticket. However, ride participation may be restricted due to height, weight, age, or other ride-specific safety requirements.​

9. Children under the age of fourteen (14) must be accompanied by a guardian aged sixteen (16) or older.​

10. Depending on ride capacity limitations, group members may not be able to ride together.​

11. Ride participation is subject to age, height, health, and weight restrictions, which vary by attraction.​

12. Due to unforeseen circumstances, waiting times may occur even when using Fastrack.​

13. LEGOLAND® Korea Resort operates a Hero Pass system for guests with disabilities. As a result, Hero Pass users may be given priority boarding via the Fastrack line on certain attractions.​

14. In unexpected circumstances, guests may be required to enter attractions without staff assistance due to temporary staff unavailability at the entrance.​

15. If a guest misuses Fastrack or violates these terms and conditions, the ticket may be canceled without refund.​

16. Benefits cannot be used with already-used or canceled QR code copies (including screenshots). Any other misuse of Fastrack tickets may also result in denial of access.​

17. Fastrack cannot be used for parking, Creative Workshop, or any other facilities that require additional fees.​

18. A maximum of ten (10) Fastrack tickets may be purchased and used per device and per account. Once a QR code is scanned, all associated tickets are considered used regardless of the actual number of riders, and partial or full refunds are not permitted.​

19. LEGOLAND® Korea Resort operates a pricing structure, transaction schedule, and discount options. Prices may vary depending on the time of purchase and seller. LEGOLAND® Korea Resort reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.
