Benefits for Caregivers of Guests with Disabilities

✔️ After making an advance reservation for your visit, one Caregiver Ticket will be provided for one caregiver accompanying each guest with a disability who purchases a full-price 1-Day Ticket at the on-site ticket booth on the day of the visit.
✔️ Identity verification using a valid Disability Welfare Card will be required at the on-site ticket booth. The Caregiver Ticket will be issued to a guest aged 16 or older who can assist the guest with a disability in following safety guidelines and boarding attractions.
✔️ The on-site ticket booth sells 1-Day Tickets at the regular price, and no additional discounts are available.
This benefit does not apply to guests who have purchased a 1-Day Ticket in advance through our official website or who hold an Annual Pass.

A. This benefit is available only to guests with disabilities who purchase a full-price 1-Day Ticket at the on-site ticket booth on the day of their visit. Therefore, a Caregiver Ticket will not be provided if the guest with a disability enters using a complimentary admission ticket.

A. A Caregiver Ticket cannot be issued if the guest with a disability did not purchase their admission ticket at the regular price.

A. The Caregiver Discount for Guests with Disabilities cannot be combined with other discounts.
If the guest with a disability uses a free admission ticket or any online or other discounted ticket, the caregiver discount is not applicable.

A. Caregiver Tickets are not available to Annual Pass holders. If the guest with a disability holds an Annual Pass, their caregiver must purchase either a 1-Day Ticket or an Annual Pass to enter the Park.

A. No. The original physical Disability Registration Card or Disability Welfare Card must be presented in order to receive a Caregiver Ticket.

LEGOLAND® Korea Resort is committed to providing a range of facilities and services to help guests with disabilities enjoy their visit to the Park.
✔️ Wheelchair Rental: Wheelchairs are available for a fee at the Stroller Rental location opposite The Big Shop. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be available once all units have been rented.
✔️ Family Restrooms: Wheelchair-accessible family restrooms are available throughout the Park, including LEGO® Castle, LEGO® NINJAGO® World, Pirate Shores, LEGO® City, and Brick Street.
✔️ First Aid: Qualified first aid staff are available at the First Aid Center located next to City Restaurant in LEGO® City.
✔️ Guest Services: Guest Services provides an Accessibility Guide and can assist with issuing Hero Passes.
✔️ Accessible Parking: Designated accessible parking spaces are available in the Park's paid parking lot. No disability parking discount is available.
✔️ Assistance Dogs: Guide dogs for guests with visual impairments and assistance dogs for guests with hearing impairments are welcome in most areas of the Park.
