Carer Tickets & Know Before You Go


Find out what "Caring Ticket" is and what you need to know before you visit!


 

What is a Carer Ticket?

Guests who have the following documentation are entitled to one free Carer Ticket, however, the guest with the disability will pay full price at the ticket windows.

Once identification for the guest with the disability is verified, one Carer Ticket will be provided for each guest with the disability.

LEGOLAND® Hotel guests who have booked a 2-day ticket, please bring your "2-day ticket" and "Disabled Registration card" to the ticket booth. Once your identification is verified, one guardian pass will be provided free of charge.

The Carer Ticket is only provided to guests aged 16 or above, who can comply with the safety regulations and can help the guest load on and off the rides. Any additional member of the party other than the guardian is required to purchase a 1-day ticket.

Please show the relevant paperwork as well as a suitable photo ID of the named recipient at the ticket windows when you buy or collect your ticket/s. For proof of disability, please bring one of the following documentation.

  • Identification of the guest with disabilities (Please bring your photo ID card)
  • Welfare Card
  • Any government-issued documentation that can substitute proof of disability (Please bring your photo ID card)

To make your trip as convenient and pleasant as possible, please comply with the reservation capacity at LEGOLAND® Korea Resort.

We kindly ask all guests to book their visits at least one day in advance. 
Please book for both the guest with disability and the carer.
On the day of the visit, please present your reservation confirmation and welfare card of the guest with the disability at the ticket windows to receive the Carer Ticket.

How to Make Reservation for Carer Tickets

  1. Click ‘Reserve Now’ button below and make a visit reservation for the guest with disability and the carer.

(Any further members of the party need to purchase additional 1-Day tickets. Discounted price applies for advanced online purchases.

Full ticket prices apply for the same day ticket purchases on site).

  1. After your reservation is complete, a reservation confirmation message will be sent via e-mail or text message.
  2. On the day of visit please show your documentation proof for the guest with disability and a reservation confirmation at the ticket windows.

After verification and ticket payment is complete for the guest with disability, a free Carer Ticket will be provided.

One free Carer Ticket is provided per each payment of full price 1-Day Ticket for the guest with disability at the ticket windows. Both the carer and the guest with the disability must book their visits in advance. Ticket purchases for guests with disabilities must be made at the ticket windows at full price (without discounts), in order to receive corresponding free carer tickets. The guest with the disability must present their photo ID and Governments-issued documents for verification. The carer must be aged 16 or above, be able to comply with the ride safety regulations and to help the guest load on and off from the rides.

Tickets sold on-site are at full price only and additional discounts do not apply. This benefit (free Carer Ticket) does not apply to the guests who have purchased their day tickets online or Annual Pass holders.

Yes, this benefit is only available for guests who have pre-booked their visits for the ‘Carer Ticket Reservation’ from the special booking page. Please note this is a reservation only for the visit, not payment of ticket online.

No. The Carer Ticket is only provided to the guest with disability who pays full price 1-Day Ticket at the ticket window (with an advanced visit reservation).

Carer Tickets are not provided for Annual Pass holders. If you are an Annual Pass holder, then the carer needs to buy a 1- Day Ticket or Annual (or Season) Pass to accompany.

The guest with a disability must visit together on the day with the carer to receive the Carer Ticket. If the guest with disability is not present, the carer needs to purchase a 1-day ticket at full price.

No. Only the original actual Government-issued documentation or card will be accepted for verification.

LEGOLAND® Korea Resort makes various efforts to ensure smooth accessibility and maximum experience for guests with disabilities when using the Park.

♥ Wheelchair Rental (FEE) : Wheelchairs are available for rent (incurs rental cost) at the Stroller Rental, located across from the BIG Shop near the Park entrance. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

♥ Family Restrooms: Family restrooms which can accommodate wheelchairs are in six clusters around the Park (LEGO® Castle, LEGO® NINJAGO® World, Pirate Shores, LEGO® City, Brick Street).

♥ First Aid: First aid located next to the LEGO® City restaurant is staffed by a qualified emergency medical personnel.

♥ Guest Services: Located near the entrance, Guest Services provide access guide and other helpful information for guests with disabilities. Guests can also register Hero Passes at Guest Services.

♥ Accessible Parking Lot: Designated parking spaces are reserved in the Park's paid parking lot for guests with disabilities. Discounts for disabled parking does not apply.

♥ Guide dogs (service animals) : Most areas of the Park welcome guide dogs for the visually impaired and service animals for the hearing impaired guests.
