Guests can cancel/refund unused park tickets purchased through the official website within 7 days of purchase.
However, cancellation/refund is not possible after the visit date even within 7 days, and you must apply for cancellation/refund by midnight (12 p.m.) at least one day before the visit date.

Customers who purchase tickets on the day of their visit must request cancellation/refund by the closing time of the park on the day.
After receiving the refund request, it will be automatically canceled sequentially without additional information, and the refund may take 7 to 10 days depending on the card company. Thank you.
