*Pre-announcement for 1st to Play holders*

  • For those who own 1st to Play, a Special link for pre-bookings for the Preview event will be sent on Feb 25th.

  • During the preview period, including LEGO® Factory Adventure Ride, some rides and facilities will be closed.

  • The preview is the first day of the park's operation, so please understand that there may be some inexperienced management. Guest’s feedback will be much apricated in terms of what works and where we can improve plus. We all appreciate your understanding and patience as we are getting ready for the Grand opening of the best family theme park in Korea. 

Preview event FAQ

Preview Event is a special event because it only takes place in the first year when a new LEGOLAND® park opens. Only First to Play pass holders will be invited to the Park first before it officially opens. The Preview Event of LEGOLAND Korea will start from April 2nd to April 17th*. Unfortunately, First to Play Passes are no longer on sale.

*4th, 5th, 11th are closed.

All First to Play pass holders can visit the Park once during the Preview Event period. The booking system for First to Play pass holders will be open until the end of operation hour of April 17th which is the last day of Preview Event.

You can change your reservation until April 17th. Further information will be updated later. 

When the admission capacity for the day reaches full, those dates will be de-activated so that it cannot be selected as visit dates. Please select an active date.

You can book your Preview Event visit by following these steps:

Access the reservation link > Choose # of people > 1st to Play QR Barcode Number Entry > Date Selection > Payment Completed*> Mobile Phone Authentication > Claimant Information Entry (Name, Email, Mobile Phone Number) > Reservation Completed.

The reservation link will be sent only to FTP holders at Feb 25th.

*Payment is free. 

You must bring your photo ID with Korean social security number, and the barcode which was sent to your e-mail after your annual pass purchase. When issuing on behalf of someone else or for children, you may need additional documents such as official family relations certificate or Korean resident registration certificate, to prove your relationship with the person you are receiving on behalf of. Physical cards will be issued at the same location.

Unfortunately, you must visit during the two weeks of Preview Event. Additional compensation is not possible if you miss your chance to visit.

Only First to Play pass holders can visit during Preview Event using their First to Play pass.

We will issue at the ticket window, located near the entrance of LEGOLAND® Korea Resort. You can retake your photo here. To issue your card you must bring your photo ID with Korean social security number and the order number which was sent to your e-mail after your annual pass purchase. When issuing on behalf of someone else or for children, you may need additional documents such as official family relations certificate or Korean resident registration certificate, to prove your relationship with the person you are receiving on behalf of.

You can upgrade your FTP pass to a Platinum pass at the ticket window. You just need to pay the difference* between Gold Pass and Platinum Pass (*price difference is based on the official website’s price listed on the day of your upgrade).

The FTP physical card will be deactivated but you can keep it as a souvenir. You will be reissued with a digital Platinum Pass.

The Park will open from 10am and close at 6pm.

There will be a paid parking lot within Hajung-island right before arrival to the Park.

Shuttle buses are planned to operate from the parking lot to the Park entrance. We will update more details on the bus stop locations soon.

No. the Hotel will not operate during the Preview Event period

Yes. there are lockers within the Park, two in LEGO® Castle (one outside the Castle, one inside the Dragon Coaster area) and another at Brickstreet.

Yes. there will be paid rental baby strollers.

Yes. we have two baby care centers, one at LEGO® City (near LEGOLAND® Express) and another at Bricktopia (next to Build and Test). Nursing areas and diaper change stations are provided at Baby Care centers.

In order to prevent the spread of COVID-19, LEGOLAND Korea will operate using a cashless system.  All payments must involve cards or mobile payments.
