Rainy Day Guarantee - How to change your Visit
Rainy day visit dates eligible for free return visit.

* Please change your visit(ticket) if you have purchased a theme park on the ticket mentioned above.
* If you purchased a theme park day ticket online in advance and visited on the date listed above,
you are eligible for a free return visit on any open day within 12 months of the original visit date. (Reservation within 6months)
* Canceled/refund tickets for August 10th is unavailable. (Cancellation/ refund is only available within 7 days of purchase)
* Tickets will be issued at the ticket booth on new visit date with the proof of original ticket.
* Tickets sold on 3rd party channels can be restricted.
* Decisions for implementating Rainy Day Guarantee for may be decided without prior notice.
Severe Weather @ LEGOLAND® Korea Resort
LEGOLAND® Korea Resort is open rain or shine,
and while we can guarantee a memorable experience, we unfortunately can’t control the weather. Due to Korea’s climate, rain showers and thunderstorms are possible, especially during the rainy season. If the weather affects our park for more than 120 minutes during your visit, we promise to give our Guests a ticket to return within 12 months, no questions asked. However, decisions for implementating Rainy Day Guarantee for Hinnamnor has been made in sudden due to the severe weather.
Implementation of the Rainy Day Guarantee on any particular date will be determined by the Resort Management and will be subsequently communicated on our website. However, implementation of Rainy Day Guarantee does not mean that the park will be closed for the whole day.
Please check our list of valid rainy days on the website to ensure your ticket qualifies for the offer before you plan a return visit.
To redeem your ticket, all you need to do is keep hold of your original tickets, pre-book your return date and bring both your original ticket and new pre-booked ticket for your return date of entry.
Our Rainy Day Guarantee does not apply for Annual Passes or tickets purchased on the day (online or at the gate). The free return ticket doesn’t include any additional products purchased for your initial visit, including (but not limited to) Hotel stays, Reserve and Ride or meal deals.

Free tickets will only be given upon presentation of the original ticket from your first visit.
- Photocopies and original booking references are not acceptable.

Offer only valid when the Park Management have determined the rain has affected our rides for more than 120 minutes. Rain is recorded during theme park opening hours and does not include Hotel and Annual Pass early ride time. Weather conditions will be recorded by LEGOLAND Korea Resort and our decision will be final.

No cash alternative is available and tickets cannot be sold. This offer can not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Return visit is subject to availability, see website for opening dates and times.

Should it rain on your return visit, tickets will not be transferable.

To be eligible for the Rainy Day Guarantee tickets must be purchased
on the LEGOLAND Korea website before the day of visit. -
The following tickets are excluded from the Rainy Day Guarantee:
- Tickets purchased on the day.
- Tickets purchased through a third party(Except for Bed & Brick affiliate link, Corporate B2B affiliate link)
- Tickets purchased using third party reward loyalty points
- Annual Passes
- Park buy outs
- Complimentary tickets
- Open dated tickets
