LEGOLAND Water Maze Cabana Terms & Conditions

The price is based on use of 1 cabana during the specified time slot. LEGOLAND® Park admission tickets are required to use the cabanas. Reservations can only be made online, and remaining units will be available on-site on a first-come, first-served basis. Customers who have purchased a cabana ticket may request for a refund due to their personal circumstances. They must request purchase withdrawal through the cancellation request procedure on the company's website at least 1 day before the scheduled(reserved) visit date. (e.g.) For a cabana ticket purchased on June 10, 2023, with visit scheduled for July 2, 2023, the cancellation request must be made by midnight on July 1, 2023 for successful cancellation and refund. In the case of a cabana ticket, even if the user applies for a refund one day prior to the visit date in accordance with Paragraph 1, refunds are not possible if the ticket has become invalid (ex. passed expiration date, ticket has already been used, etc.). In principle, the fee cannot be refunded after the user enters the facility. However, if there is a justifiable reason for the user to return home against his/her will due to an emergency, such as being injured due to reasons attributable to the company after entering the Park, the company will take refund measures. If a customer requests a refund pursuant to Paragraph 6, shall inform the Company about its responsibility in triggering the emergency event. In this case, the customer shall present to the Company any evidence (e.g., receipt or the tag of the ticket) to prove the duration of his/her use after his/her entry. The Company, after immediately investigating the relevant facts, shall notify the foregoing guest of the Company’s responsibility based on the findings of the investigation. The specific procedures of the refund request shall be governed by separate regulations stipulated by the Company. No refund is available for the reasons of force majeure that occurs due to faults not attributable to the Company, such as breakdown of machines not attributable to the Company’s fault, strike, lack of raw materials, fire, rebellion, war, intervention of the central or local government under law, urgent safety measures, or any other events of force majeure that are beyond the control of the Company as well as natural events of force majeure such as rainstorm, lightning, earthquake, typhoon, flood, or strong wind, unexpected rain or any other deteriorating weather conditions after the entry, or simply changing one’s mind. Any damage/loss of towels provided for rental will incur an additional fee of KRW 20,000 per towel.
